Question by Rella: What sort of bathroom towel bar (and so forth.) will not tarnish?
I want to replace the existing hand towel bar and toilet paper holder in my bathroom, but I Don’t want to get anything that, though it may look fantastic in the shop, will later demand particular polishing to keep it seeking nice. What type of material will be low maintenance yet tough? Chrome tends to flake and chip, so I’d rather not do that. Porcelain would probably be good, but I’ve only noticed porcelain/nickel combos, and I am concerned that nickel may well tarnish.
Thanks for your recommendations and info!
Wood doesn’t appear the correct decision for a humid bathroom. Plus it does not aesthetically appeal to me. Thanks for the suggestion, although.
Stainless steel would be fantastic, but I’ve never ever observed towel bars & toilet paper holders created only out of stainless steel.
Any recommendations where to discover them? I’ve looked at Lowe’s and Residence Depot. Have you ever seen any like that (totally stainless steel) anyplace? I’m not sure they make them.
