1) Samples or drawings
2) Detailed specifications of products
3) Timing schedule of manufacturing
4) Authorisation letter, if brand names will be printed on the products or cartons
ODM
Our professional and experienced engineers are capable of fulfilling requirement of
new product development for customers.
Transportation
On behalf of our customers, Klarm can handle all logistic matters in getting the products from our factory to
its final destination for either Full Container Loads (FCL) or Low Container Loads (LCL).
After Sales
Klarm attaches most importance to the satisfaction of the customers.
In case quality complaint occurs, please contact our sales people with detailed information.
If necessary, we might ask customer to send back some defective samples for further evaluation and testing.
