I am light complected and have freckles. /:
Blue eyes and brown hair.
Any ideas on what to do to appear “prettier”?

put a layer of neutral eyeshadow, like a light brown or a beige colour
blend a darker colour (black, dark brown, or even a blue, green, purple, ext.) close to the lash line and to the outdoors corner
line the waterlines (bottom AND best) with a dark brown liner
use the exact same liner and line the outside half of the best lash line with a thin layer

finish with your favourite gloss
